We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains) and sent back to us with your receipt, along with the tags still attached and in original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please ensure you put your order number and email address associated with the order in the email and use a trackable shipping service to return the items to us and keep the shipping receipt until you receive a refund, as Unser Wohl cannot refund lost returns.
All return related expenses (e.g. shipping charges, taxes and/or customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:
– Any item which do not meet the required conditions;
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery;
– Downloadable software products;
– Some health and personal care items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot currently offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We will also notify you if your refund request is rejected.
We will refund the amount shown on the order invoice minus any shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees ( if any) associated with your order and return.
Please use a trackable shipping service to return the items to us and keep the shipping receipt until you receive a refund, as Unser-Wohl cannot refund lost returns.
Defective items
We subject all our products to scrupulous quality controls and take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously. Should you receive a defective product, please accept our apologies and email us at contact@unserwohl.de with clear pictures of faulty item within 3 days after you receive the order. We will send you the instructions to return the faulty item to us and, after examining it, we will exchange it for an identical non-defective product at our expense and refund the shipping costs for returning the faulty item (up to a maximum cost of EUR 10.90/kg).
You have the right to refuse the exchange with an identical non-defective product. In this case we will only refund the price you paid for the product excluding any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
