Noble golden threads characterize one of the best Chinese black teas.

Preparation

Infuse your black tea at 90°C. You should put about 12-15 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This corresponds to about 4 heaped teaspoons. Allow your black tea to steep for 2-4 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.

You can infuse the tea up to 2 times. With a can of tea that is filled with 35g, you can prepare about 45 cups of black tea.

The good thing about your tea is that you can also brew it cold as cold brew tea. The dosage is similar, but you have to steep the tea in cold water for 30-60 minutes. This is a refreshing alternative, especially for the warm summer months.

You can also put your brewed tea in the fridge after it has finished steeping. So you can drink it as a healthy iced tea.
