The noble Rooibos organic tea comes from Africa. Rooibos is harvested from February to April. The tea is from the small red leaf and stem parts of rooibos. The entire plant is dried, cut into small pieces and fermented. Therefore, there is essentially only one quality level of tea. Rooibos is caffeine-free and can therefore be drunk at any time, even in the evening and whether hot or cold as an iced tea. It is therefore the ideal thirst quencher.

Honeybush comes from South Africa and is harvested from February to April. These are unfermented, green rooibos.
