The Black Experience

Black Tea – Premium Organic Assam FTGFOP Satrupa from Assam, North India. The Satrupa Estate is located in eastern Assam near the Burmese border. The taste is strong and tart, the cup is a full-bodied copper-brown.

A strong Assam with character, varied taste, premium quality.

Preparation

Infuse your black tea at 100°C. You should put about 12-15 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This corresponds to about 4 heaped teaspoons. Allow your black tea to steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.

You can infuse the tea up to 2 times. I.e. with a can of tea that is filled with 60g, you can prepare about 80 cups of black tea.
