Description
The Black Experience
Black tea – premium organic Ceylon OP, a spicy-fruity highland tea from the Ahinsa Dimbula Estate in Sri Lanka – an organic and fair trade certified estate in one of the oldest tea regions in the highlands of Sri Lanka.
Preparation
Infuse your black tea at 100°C. You should put about 12-15 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This corresponds to about 4 heaped teaspoons. Allow your black tea to steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.
You can infuse the tea up to 2 times. I.e. with a can of tea that is filled with 55g, you can prepare about 75 cups of black tea.
